Navaratri Festival

October 11-21, 2026

Isalayam Ashram invites you to the Navaratri Festival from October 11-21, 2026. Universal Energy is worshipped as the Divine Mother during these special days.

The daily program includes direct teachings from Jagadguru Swami Isa, sadhana, reading and classes on the inner meaning of the Devi Bhagavatam and homa and puja for Navagreha (9 planets) and Navamatr (9 forms of the Divine Mother).

The final day, October 21st, offers many blessings: Saraswati Puja, Vidya Rambham (initiation of children into learning), and celebration of the birthday of Swami Isa.

Over the course of these 11 days, you can step into the rhythm of ashram life and explore worship as a spiritual path.

Daily Schedule

Each day follows a balanced rhythm designed to support your practice, learning, and inner growth. The day begins with early morning wake-up, group practice of yoga and meditation practice, followed by breakfast, attendance of Navaratri pujas and homa, lunch, classes and reading of the Devi Bhavagatam with Swami Isa, karma yoga, dinner and bhajans. Evenings conclude with a period of quiet. Lights are typically out by 10:00 p.m.

Please note that the daily schedule may vary slightly depending on the retreat and group.
