The IVPT congratulates all of its newly credentialed LTC yoga teachers! 

The sincere and dedicated group of students from France, Germany and Reunion Island passed their 200-hour teacher training course held at Isalayam Ashram from July 5-25, 2024. The course is certified by Yoga Alliance (RYS200), the international association for yoga teachers. The certification includes portions on Yoga Practices, Philosophy & Theory of Yoga, Teaching Methodology, Human Systems and Anatomy.

Isalayam’s course included daily teachings from Swami Isa in sacred new teachings on the I-Theory and its application in spiritual life.  Swamiji was inspired to pen new Yoga Sutras in Sanskrit that explain Patanjali’s yoga sutras for modern minds. Students were enthralled by these classes and new knowledge.

Daily practice in Life for Total Consciousness was led by Gauri Dumas. Daily asana classes were led by Mr. Ullas and Mrs. Rima, who taught a variety of asanas and pranayama techniques.

Theory classes were held with special guests including  physicist Dr. Christophe Dumas, educationist Prof. Lalitha Santhakumar, medical doctor Dr. Kimberly Davis, Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Rajendran, and naturopath Dr. Gangadharan.

The students were blessed to also participate in the Guru Poornima celebration on July 21 in the ashram and receive initiation by Swami Isa.

We know these gifted individuals will take this sacred knowledge well out into the world!
